bought as a fun gadget; in that respect the item surpassed expectations. imho, will definitely work as a low-price muscle-building device as well. can't say anything about long-term durability, yet, but would definitely buy again. shipping from china to germany took less than a week. very happy with my purchase, highly recommended!

I bought this to use as a period cramp simulator, but it is completely unusable. None of the modes feel even close to real period cramps. Even on level 1, it delivers unbearable, sharp electric shocks that feel like painful shooting jolts through the body. When I tested it on my arm, it literally locked my fingers up and I couldn't even open my hand. The intensity is way too harsh right from the start. Definitely do not recommend, total waste of money!
